What an experience. Went to buy paint yesterday, picked a color and waited on line for them to mix the paint. A gentleman was waiting in front of me. He was already there when I got there. Mind you it took me about 10 minutes to choose s color. No one was at the paint counter, so I asked the gentleman was he there long he said yes. My husband went to ask and was told no one was at paint. With that a lead or manager not sure said I had 2 people one left perhaps the other was at break. Mind you she had an attitude still talking while walking away. I went to customer service to ask, the young lady she proceeded to paged someone to come to the paint counter and was told by another employee they left. This was around 7:30 pm. They close at 10. The service at this Hempstead store is horrible any day you go. A lot of employees are not knowledgeable and rude. It's a shame that you have to drive to another store almost 30 minutes away just to get an item. This is unacceptable. Home depot do better, train your employees to improve your customer service.

I recently visited Home Depot with my family to purchase a refrigerator, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. We spent a significant amount of time in the appliance department trying to find assistance, but there were no employees available who seemed knowledgeable about the products. When I asked for help, one employee rolled her eyes and responded, β€œI don’t know if someone can help you,” which I found very unprofessional and dismissive. The cashier was also eating a snack while assisting customers and was unable to answer basic questions about the product. As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially when making a major purchase such as a refrigerator. I hope this feedback reaches corporate management so they can address these concerns and provide better training and support for their employees. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. If it were possible, I would give this experience a zero-star rating. Due to this experience, I have lost confidence in this location and will not be returning. Customer service and product knowledge are impo

I had a great experience at Home Depot when returning some items. Ashley and Brian were both extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and I truly appreciate their support. Thank you, Ashley and Brian, for the excellent service!
